I am passionate about helping people learn to thrive through a healthy lifestyle. As a virtual fitness/wellness coach with individuals and groups across the country, I offer coaching for those that are seeking a natural way to replace fat with muscle, gain strength, confidence and mental growth!
I have been in the fitness industry teaching all ages and all fitness levels since 2004. I have a background in Psychology and own a plant-based fitness & nutrition gym in California. I teach Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Cross-Training, Barbell and Dance. I have completed two 70.3 IRONMAN races, and coached three triathlon teams of my own. I am also a Health Educator for Kaiser Permanente, teaching preventative medicine classes.

The progression of the training exercises match the progression of the cardiovascular and strenght exercise to help make it comfortable and manageable.
